Commercial license agreement for the commercial use of Schlichtbunt's creative stencils.
- The subject of the commercial license is the commercial use of Schlichtbunt's creative stencils. The invoice is sufficient as proof and must be presented upon request.
- The license purchased is personal and cannot be transferred to others.
- The commercial license you have purchased allows you to use the works created with Schlichtbunt's creative stencils for commercial purposes (commercial).
- However, the works created using the Layerbunt creative template may not exceed a quantity of 25 pieces.
- Only works created by hand are part of this agreement.
- Further processing of the works created using the creative stencils is not permitted. Reproduction by copying or printing (including in a printing company) is also not permitted. If this is desired, please contact us (info@schlichtbunt.com) to complete an extended commercial license.
- If works are produced in combination with different creative stencils, you must first acquire a business license for each creative stencil.
- It is also possible to subsequently obtain a business license for creative stencils that have already been purchased. In this case, please contact us (info@schlichtbunt.com).
- The copyright / full rights to the design remain with Schlichtbunt (Özlem Sjuts).
- When publishing online, it should always be noted that the motif is plainly colored.
